Jeff Masten, the founder of Left Fork Grill, is a culinary pioneer with a rich history. As a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, Jeff refined his skills as Chef at the Roof restaurant in Hotel Utah and excelled as Executive Chef at Market St. Grill and Red Rock Brewing Company. His journey led to the creation of Left Fork Grill in 2006, where he transformed the historic Kramer's diner into a hub of gourmet dining.
In 2023, a new chapter began as Melissa Masten, Jeff's daughter, took the helm. Growing up in the restaurant and working alongside her father since 2006, Melissa has been steeped in the traditions and culinary excellence of Left Fork Grill. Under her leadership, the restaurant continues to honor its founding principles while infusing new energy and ideas. Melissa's dedication to maintaining the high standards set by her father, combined with her own flair and commitment to the family legacy, ensures that every visit to Left Fork Grill remains a memorable culinary adventure.
